New Application Procedures Foreign Employment

  1. OBTAIN APPROVAL
    Obtain Approval and payment of the levy at the Centre for Local Approval, Ministry of Home Affairs.
  2. DOCUMENTS NEEDED
    Employers apply for Visa With Reference (VDR) and the Visit Pass (Temporary Employment). Documents needed to apply:
    1. An application letter from employer
    2. Form of certificate of visa applications by reference
    3. Letter of approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs
    4. Original receipts levy
    5. Form IMM.12
    6. Form of payment
    7. Application forms VDR new foreign workers
    8. Bank draft (payment PLKS, PROCESS AND VISA)
    9. Deposit / Insurance Guarantee / Bank Guarantee (valid for at least 18 months)
    10. Copy of passport workers
    11. Figure workers (1 piece)
    12. Personal bond stamped
    13. Medical report approved by the Ministry of Health of the country's resources

    Additional documents:
    1. Copies of the registration form (Form 49 / Form B & D) Representative Card Company (Yellow Card) for Foreign Workers Application VDR (Employer / Company Representative)
    2. The original approval letter outsourcing foreign workers, and certified copies of certificates VDR application outsourcing to foreign workers (outsourcing company)
  3. FOREIGN EMPLOYEES APPLICATION PROCEDURES [ PART ONE ]
    Foreign workers should be located outside the country while the application is processed. Employees will only be allowed after the application VDR and PL (KS) approved. The entrance is permitted:
    1. Through the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
      Foreign workers must obtain a Visa from Malaysian Representative Offices overseas
    2. Enter through the doors of other
      Foreign workers from Thailand and Indonesia must obtain a Visa from Malaysian Representative Office in that country
    3. Conduct medical examinations at the clinic / health center registered with and approved FOMEMA healthy
    4. Stickers get the Visit Pass (Temporary Employment) at the State Immigration Office or at the Malaysian Immigration Headquarters, Putrajaya. Documents required:
      1. The original approval letter from the Centre for Local Approval, Ministry of Home Affairs
      2. Original receipts of payment made
      3. Passport workers

        Note: All transactions are to be made within one month from the date of entry of workers into this country.
  4. FOREIGN EMPLOYEES APPLICATION PROCEDURES [PART TWO ]
    Applications made at the Foreign Workers Division, Headquarters Office of Immigration Affairs. Employers should apply 3 months before the expiry of PL (KS).
    Foreign workers have to do with the health screening test and confirmed FOMEMA healthy (for the second and third year advanced only). Applications should be submitted or requested by employers.

    Documents required
    1. Borang 49 / Form B & D / card company representative
    2. Borang charges
    3. Pasport illegal foreign workers are still not less than 12 months
    4. Salinan receipt of deposit / bank guarantee / insurance guarantee (not less than 18 months)
  5. FOREIGN WORKER APPLICATION FORM OF PAYMENT
    1. Cash
    2. Bank draft in favor of "DIRECTOR GENERAL OF IMMIGRATION MALAYSIA" and for the states in favor of "DIRECTOR OF IMMIGRATION STATE" respect. (Example: DIRECTOR OF IMMIGRATION KEDAH)
      Outsourcing company allowed employees to make conversions from one company to another company within the same sector.
      Outsourcing companies should be responsible for following the guidelines set.
  6. ATTENTION TO THE APPLICATION OF FOREIGN WORKERS
    1. Foreign workers must assuredly within 18 to 45 years of age.
    2. Foreign workers not allowed to bring families enter and stay in this country.
      Foreign workers may not be exchanged or exchanging job sector employer without getting the truth than the Ministry of Interior.
    3. Foreign workers are justified only works in tempoh not exceeding 5 years

  7. FOREIGN WORKERS RUNNING SELF REPORT
    Employer / complainant should present to the officials argued Imigresen related to the following documents to cancel PL (KS) Foreign Workers / Helpers home regarding:
    1. Surat petition to cancel the PL (KS) foreign workers who fled.
    2. Salinan introduction of employer / employer representative
    3. Pasport origin of foreign workers who fled
    4. Borang Foreign Workers Running Away from Employer issued by the Office Imigresen Malaysia
      Policy statements adopted Salinan
    5. Foreign maids who run away will disenaraihitamkan.
    Employers want to explain wang collateral bond on a personal level, which were signed during the application.
    1. New Application (Approval MOHA)
      Starting August 1, 2005, the application is submitted to the Centre for Local Approval of MOHA (located at Level 4, the Immigration Department of Malaysia, Putrajaya)
      Officials from relevant agencies such as MITI, KSM, KPIAT, MPIC and CIDB placed full time at the center.
      Approval letter will be issued only after the employer makes the payment of the levy in the next two days.
    2. The entry of foreign workers under the Local Approvals
      1. KLIA International Airport
        Foreign workers must obtain a Visa from Malaysian missions abroad. OR
        Visa on Arrival facilities provided workers boarding MAS, Air Asia or country of origin of the national airline.
      2. Other Entry
        Foreign workers from Thailand and Indonesia must obtain a visa from the Malaysian Representative Office in the country.

        India for foreign workers, employers are allowed to apply for Multiple Entry Visa / Single entry visa in accordance with existing procedures of the Malaysian representative office abroad in India for entering Malaysia via KLIA.
