Video Interviews

If you could not find time to conduct overseas recruitment with us, you can view the workers’ biodata via W.A.M.M.S. for selection. All interviews conducted are recorded. So you can observe from the recorded interviews the workers’ body language, current physical appearance, and the way they speak – which is a more accurate way of assessing them than reading their biodata.

With Aasperon, chances of selected candidates backing out after selection are also highly minimised.
